1. THE SERVICE
These Terms govern your use of Inkitt — the mobile app, tryinkitt.com, and related artist/admin portals. By using Inkitt or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Inkitt helps you discover tattoo designs, generate concepts with AI, preview designs on a photo (“Try It On”), save ideas, and submit requests to find an artist. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable by region or device.
Joining the waitlist does not create a full product account or guarantee access, pricing, or launch timing.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
- You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country (and at least 13).
- You are responsible for your login credentials and activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- One person should not share an account to evade limits or bans.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- upload content you do not have rights to use
- use Inkitt to harass, exploit, or harm others
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- bypass paywalls, rate limits, or authentication
- upload illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights
- misrepresent yourself as an Inkitt artist or admin
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse of AI endpoints, or risk to the service or other users.
4. AI FEATURES — IMPORTANT LIMITS
Create, Meaning, and Try It On produce previews and ideas, not medical, legal, or professional tattoo advice. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or stylistically different from a real tattoo.
- You are responsible for reviewing any design with a licensed artist before getting tattooed.
- Placement, healing, and safety decisions are between you and your artist / medical professionals.
- AI output may not be unique; similar results can appear for other users.
5. YOUR CONTENT & LICENSE
You retain rights to content you upload (photos, prompts, captions). You grant Inkitt a worldwide license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the features you use (including sending it to AI and storage processors as described in the Privacy Policy).
Artist portfolio works you publish may appear publicly in the Inkitt catalog. You represent you have the rights to publish those works.
6. INKITT CONTENT
The app, branding, editorial content, and software are owned by Inkitt or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by the app’s normal use.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Some features require a paid subscription (Inkitt Plus / equivalent entitlement). Prices, free trials, and renewals are shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase time and are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
- Manage, cancel, or request refunds through the applicable store.
- Deleting your Inkitt account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
- Booking or deposit fees for artists (if offered) may use separate payment providers and will be disclosed at checkout.
8. ARTIST PORTAL
Artists must apply and be approved before studio access. Approved artists may publish portfolio works to the catalog. Inkitt may remove works or suspend artists that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or harm users.
“Find an Artist” matching may be manual. Inkitt does not guarantee a booking, response, or particular artist.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Inkitt relies on third parties (hosting, auth, media storage, AI, email, subscriptions). Their outages or changes can affect Inkitt. Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms.
10. DISCLAIMERS
Inkitt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI results will meet your expectations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkitt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Inkitt is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Inkitt harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of AI outputs as a tattoo, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. TERMINATION
You may stop using Inkitt and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted for published works, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes may be announced in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Inkitt’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to your mandatory local rights.
